Kandy is a second generation realtor and certified negotiation expert. She has worked in real estate and home improvement for 25 years. As President of Habicon Inc. and Winegar Real Estate she displays a wide variety of expertise applicable in the real estate market. She has lived in the Heber Valley for 10 years and is well connected and involved in the community. As a member of the Park City and Wasatch front MLS’s she services a wide area of Utah. Creating and maintaining business relationships with her clients and associates are of her utmost priority. Kandy graduated with a Bachelors in Communication from BYU.
Monte was born and raised in Utah and has lived in the Heber Valley for over 10 years. Prior to entering real estate, he specialized in home renovation. He obtained his General Contractors license and oversaw fulfillment of 12 major utility contracts in which energy conservation products were installed in over 100,000 homes. Also, as an accomplished Senior IT Director with over 22 years of experience he has managed an IT portfolio of over 20 major infrastructure projects across the Silicon Slopes. Monte has now been working in the real estate industry for 4 years. He specializes in business operations and leading teams. Monte has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from BYU.
Corbin has deep roots in Wasatch County (5th Generation) and has a vast network and valuable relationships with developers, investors, and contractors. Corbin has also practiced law for many years where he represents real estate developers and investors. Corbin has a Bachelor of Science degree in English from Brigham Young University with a minor in Business Administration. He also has a Juris Doctor degree from the S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah. Corbin also speaks Spanish.
Jason is a long time real estate investor and real estate professional. His strengths are complex transactions and market analysis. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the Heber City and Midway real estate markets. In addition, Jason also practices law where he represents clients in real estate development, real estate transactions, construction, and corporate matters. Jason has Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from the University of Utah.
